This 10km course has very little elevations change form start to finish.
It is an out and back that has over the years proven to produce some great times.

Route

The 10K course has been designed to be less congested and safer for runners or walkers. It overlaps with the Half Marathon for some of the initial and final distance and also works to incorporate some of the paved trails in Mill Lake Park. It promises to be a fast course as well, with very little elevation change from start to finish.

Note

  • All participants must pick up race packages at the Race Expo May 26, 2017
  • There are no dogs, bikes, skateboards or rollerblade allowed on course.
  • Strollers allowed but, must start behind the runners.

Waiver

I know that participating in physical fitness events, including this event, is a potentially hazardous activity. I agree not to participate unless I am medically able and properly prepared. I should not participate without my physician's approval. I agree to abide by any decision of an event official concerning my ability to safely participate. I acknowledge that this event is being organized by the Run for Water Society (the “Race Organizer”).

I assume any and all risks associated with the event; including but not limited to, falls, contact with other persons or objects, the effects of weather; traffic and course conditions. As a condition of my entering this event, I, for myself, any accompanying minors, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, release the Event Organizer, including its directors, members, employees, representatives, sponsors, and volunteers, from all present and future claims and liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of my participation in this event or related activities, even though such claim or liability may arise out of negligence or fault on the part of the Event Organizer, and waive any right to make such a claim. I agree that the Event Organizer shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, or property loss, and I release the Event Organizer and waive all claims with respect thereto.

In the event my registration fees are paid, I agree to be bound by the provisions of the waiver. I grant permission to the Event Organizer to use my personal information and likenesses of me including photos, videos, or any other record of my participation in this event or related activities without remuneration.

Applications for minors shall be accepted only with a parent's signature and should be signed by the minor.
